  • Poor occupancy and financial results under management of a large, well known national operator
  • Consistently achieved 100% occupancy and exceeded budget under WoodBine management

40 unit, 64 bed memory care community located in southern NH

  • Opened in July 2013, 90% occupied in six months, 100% occupied in eight months
  • Development cost of $12 million, appraised at $20 million after stabilization

48 unit, 57 bed assisted living and memory care community located in eastern MD

  • Commenced management in late 2014 and fully occupied by June 2015
  • Consistently achieved 100% occupancy and exceeded budget under WoodBine's management

69 unit, 86 bed assisted living and memory care community located in the Poconos of PA

  • Upon acquisition, the community was losing money and in danger of losing its license due to excessive deficiencies
  • Subsequently achieved a deficiency free state survey

3 assisted living and memory care communities in the Greenville, SC market

  • Mid 2017 occupancy of just over 70% and barely profitable when WoodBine commenced management
  • Approximately one year later, all three communities were full, and the owner was able to execute a successful exit
